A heads up! Super Moon Solar Eclipse alert………

Tomorrow’s Stealth Super Moon Solar eclipse at 12 Sagittarius anchors a surge of tide, storm and seismic activity from the 1st - 7th December. There’s more…..as this eclipsed Super Moon is conjunct the Sun/ Mercury conjunction, the geo-cosmic shock window will re-activate around December 18 , when the spot on the Sun under Mercury has rotated around to face Earth.

This is not head stuff, it's somatic, physical, integrative- your body is taking you along for the ride. Pay extra attention to your personal ecology- your energy signature, your breath, your physicality, your food, your creativity, your health, your heart, your frequency. For it to flow, for you to thrive, not just survive, you need to clear the river.

drop all claims against yourself based on the past

look for the grace in the silver lining
